Kathmandu: Kathmandu this is a typical Newari town, with many fine old buildings and temples. Surround the sleepy village of Sankhu, once on the trade route east to Helambu. Forests above the village hide an important temple to the tantric goddess, Bajra Jogini. Follow the wide stone path north of the village and walk up the steps to the temple, flanked with smaller shrines, stupas and statues. The main structure is 17th century and has a fine golden torana above the door. Behind the temple there are other shrines and sculptures.
Pokhara: The scenic lakeside city of Pokhara in Nepal is the perfect starting point for the most popular trekking routes in Nepal. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains, Pokhara is a beautiful place frequented by visitors heading to the Himalayas for trekking or mountain climbing. Pokhara, also called the Switzerland of Nepal, offers beautiful lakes, canyons and waterfalls, caves, historical sites and museums to visit, as well as temples, colorful festivals, and cheap shopping opportunities.
Chitwan: Chitwan National Park has long been one the country' treasures of natural wonders. The park is situated in south central Nepal, covering 932 sq. km. in the subtropical lowlands of the inner TERAI. The area comprising the Tikauli forest-from Rapti river to the foothills of the Mahabharat-extending over an area of 175 sq. km. was declared Mrigakunja in 1959. In 1963, the area south of Rapti river was demarcated as a rhinoceros sanctuary. The area was gazetted as the country's first National Park in 1973.
DAY 01: KATHMANDU ARRIVAL
Upon arrival, you are greeted by our representative at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Welcome drink & Refreshment, then after a tour to the Kathmandu City. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu Valley is the political and cultural heart of the Kingdom. The urban sprawl that makes up modern Kathmandu is in fact two cities, Patan & Kathmandu. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 02: KATHMANDU- DHULIKHEL AFTER CITY TOUR.
Breakfast I Half day sightseeing to Pashupatinath & Swoyambhunath.
Pashupatinath is one of the most significant Hindu temples of Lord Shiva in the world, located on the banks of the Bagmati River in the eastern part of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. The temple served as the seat of the national deity, Lord Pashupatinath. The temple is listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites list. A golden spire crowning a conical wooded hill, Swoyambhunath Stupa is the most ancient and enigmatic of all the holy shrines in Kathmandu valley. Historical records found on a stone inscription give evidence that the stupa was already an important Buddhist pilgrimage destination by the 5th century AD.

DAY 03: DRIVE FROM DHULIKHEL – LUMBINI (BIRTH PLACE OF LORD BUDDHA)
As the historical birth place of Gautam Siddhartha Buddha, Lumbini is one of the most important religious sites in the world. The Man who would later achieve enlightenment under a bodhi Tree, inspiring a global philosophy of peace and reflection, was burn under a Sal tree in Lumbini in the month of May in 563 BC.Despite being an important destination , pilgrims here come in a slow, respectful trickle and many stay on to meditate in the Monasteries surrounding the sacred site. The Center of Lumbini is s the Maya Devi Temple, which marks the exact spot where Queen Maya Devi of Kapilavastu gave birth to Gautam Siddharta. Surrounding the temple is a sacred Garden containing the piller of Ashoka as well as the ruined foundation of Dozens of ancient stupas and Monasteries. Extending for miles around the sacred garden is a huge park known as the Lumbini Development Zone, designed by Japanese architect kenzotenge in 1978. It’s a work in progress but the grounds are already full of landscaped lakes and Buddhist Monasteries, constructed by Buddhist communities from around the world.
DAY 04: EXPLORE LUMBINI-PALPA
Maya Devi Temple.Oppostite the temple are two small Buddhist monasteries The Dharma Swami Maharaj Buddha Bihar was constructed by Pilgrims from Mustang in Nepal, while the Nepal Buddha Bihar was constructed by Monks from Bihar in India. Ashokan Pillar The Indian emperor Ashoka visited Lumbini in around 249 BC, leaving behind an inscribed sand stone pillar of commemorates the occasion. Buddhist Monasteries.
Drive to Palpa. Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
DAY 05: DRIVE FROM PALPA– POKHARA
EM: Drive to Pokhara from Palpa. Upon arrival, check in at a Hotel. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
DAY 06: FULL DAY POKHARA
Cross the Phewa lake by boat (en-route visit Tal-barahi temple) and hike to the Stupa (Monastery) situated on the top of the hill. Trek to Pame, enjoying magnificent views of Mt. Fishtail, Annapurna and Dhaulagiri and Lunch en-route. Drive from Pame to Pokhara and Overnight at the hotel – BB basis. Karma Dubgyu Chokhorling Monastery: Overlooking Pokhara on the east side of the Seti River, this huge gompa is worth visiting just for the views. The main prayer hall has a gilded statute of the historical Buddha and Bhadrakali Temple a two –tiered Newari –style temple dedicated to the eight armed Bhadrikali, to get here, walk east from the Karma Dubgyu Gompa. Walking to the World Peace Pagoda. Balanced on a narrow ridge high above Phewa Tal, the brilliant white world peace pagoda was constructed by Buddhist monks from the Japanese Nipponzan Myohoji Organization to promote world peace. There are three paths up to the pagoda and several small cafes for snacks and drinks once you arrive.
DAY 07: POKHARA – CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
After Breakfast, drive to Chitwan & transfer to the resort. Briefing on Royal Chitwan National Park.
DAY 08: CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK
06:00 Wakeup call followed by tea/coffee i 06:30 Breakfast i 07:00 Dug-out-canoeing along the Rapati River to view water birds & two rare species of crocodiles; the marsh Mugger and Gharials. After canoe ride continue for Nature walks with trained naturalist to view the incredibly varied flora and fauna. 12:00 Elephant bathing. 13:30 Lunch. You will also encounter many other reptiles & Mammals that have made Chitwan their home. In the evening, you can enjoy Tharu stick dance i 20:00 Dinner.
DAY 9: CHITWAN NATIONAL PARK – KATHMANDU
Drive to Kathmandu from Chitwan National Park. Overnight Stay at the Hotel.
DAY 10: KATHMANDU DEPARTURE.
Morning is free for shopping or visits close by areas. Beautiful memories of the land and an exotic holiday. In the noon check out from the hotel & proceed to Kathmandu Airport for the back home journey with sweet memories of your holiday.
